Suellen received her B.S degree on Nutrition, Food Studies and Public Health from New York University, NYU and furthered her education by completing a Dietetic Internship through Syracuse University. She has worked with individuals providing one-on-one nutritional counseling to improve overall health. She has helped people adjusting to lifestyle modifications including eating behaviors and readiness to change. Extremely passionate about healthy cooking, sustainable food production and the simple enjoyment of food which she believes is a vital tool to promote healthier eating habits by encouraging individuals to experience what real food tastes like; whether following a therapeutic diet or just a healthy meal plan for the entire family to enjoy.
